The package arrived very well packed and protected (which is nice). It arrived on time and surprisingly works very well. It has 3 modes with three temperatures that you can mix, it squeezes more than you would expect and adapts quite well to different neck widths. It's also useful if you have pain in a leg, for example.

An additional level of superior strength would even suit me. 😅 As for the heat level, I also find it just right, or even almost not hot enough! What is Duskwell?
Duskwell is a cordless neck and shoulder massager with hand-shaped silicone massage heads. It rests over your shoulders and kneads the neck and the tops of the shoulders, so you can enjoy a relaxing massage at home, at your desk or on the go.
How does it work?
A built-in motor moves the soft silicone “fingers” in a kneading motion. The upper fingers work on the neck while the lower “thumbs” press along the tops of the shoulders. You choose from 3 intensity levels and each session switches off automatically after 10 minutes.
How do I use it?
- Place it over your shoulders and clip the strap across your back.
- Press and hold the power button to switch it on, then tap to change intensity.
- Sit back and relax. It switches off by itself after 10 minutes.
We recommend starting on the lowest intensity.
How long does shipping take?
